Moira was born on a hill station in South India where she spent her childhood and began painting. She finished her education in England and moved to North America. Moira now lives in Brittany France in an old farmhouse surrounded by her animals.

A passionate observer of wildlife, Moira has raised several small creatures, including Algie the Tail End Cards squirrel. Such animals are inspiration for her card designs.

Moira's paintings cover many subjects, including portraits, detailed studies of ancient landmarks and sheer whimsy. Her work is exhibited in Europe and North America.
